Torque Career Campus is the winner of the 2007 Gold Award for Skills Development. Career Campus uses experiential training to help learners develop into educated, skilled, experienced and well rounded technicians, giving them the opportunity to explore various career paths within the IT industry. It gives learners a chance to be employable.
Torque Career Campus’ training methodology includes classroom training, practical lab exercises as well as group discussions. The practical implementation of the theory learned is crucial to the learner and a key differentiator. Most of Torque IT’s courses comprise of +- 50% theory and 50% practical. Only Certified trainers for all courses presented are used.

INTERNSHIPS – (SPONSORED PROGRAMME)
Torque IT is offering career opportunities to unemployed University/Technikon IT graduates to join an internship programme. Graduates will get the opportunity to extend their academic qualifications through structured workplace exposure and specialised training. Participants are placed on a full-time basis for a period of eight to twelve months in stakeholder companies and government organisations.
