Learners will be able to identify, install and configure and upgrade micro computer modules and peripherals and apply their knowledge relating to diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems and systematic functions. It also validates technical competency in networking administration and support. After completion of this course, learners will be able to describe the features and functions of networking components and possess the knowledge and skills needed to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware, protocols and services.
